Since August of 2000, Performance Property Management has provided investors of residential properties with the highest quality service. Our business has consistently grown since our inception. About Our Team...
CJ LeLievre - President / Broker- CJ was hired by Performance Property Management in 2002 to answer phones part-time, while attending college. Since then, CJ has climbed up the company ladder, and acquired ownership in April of 2020. CJ is the primary contact for our property owners and new business. He also shares the day to day supervision and overall management of our inventory of properties. CJ is a real estate broker licensed by the State of California (DRE# 01766092). Email CJ
Hope Costales - Resident-Client Accounting / Office Manager - Hope has been a member of our team since January of 2006 and has served in several different capacities over the years. She too, has climbed the company ladder, currently serving as our Trust Account Manager. Hope takes care of the daily tasks associated with maintaining our Trust Accounts and Trust Account records. Hope is well experienced with our company's operation and is always eager to help our Owners and Residents. Hope is a real estate agent licensed by the State of California (DRE# 02109309). Email Hope
Christina Torrez - Property Manager / Leasing Agent - Christina came to our team from another well respected property management company in 2015. As our Leasing Agent, Christina is responsible for property showings, processing rental applications and completing the move-in process with our incoming Residents. Christina has fantastic customer service skills and takes interest in ensuring that each Resident's move in process is a great experience. Veronica Placentia - Receptionist / Resident Services - Veronica joined our Team in April of 2018. Veronica has been in the property management field since 2013. She's well versed in the daily administrative tasks involved with property management and is happy to assist our Owners, Residents and Vendors. Veronica is a real estate agent licensed by the State of California (DRE# 02002266).

Cindy Krumpelman - Director of Maintenance - Cindy joined our company in October 2021. She brings over 15 years of property management experience to the team. Cindy has extensive experience in maintenance, accounting and customer service. She assists our Residents with their maintenance issues and coordinates the repairs. She looks forward to assisting our Clients and Residents. Email Cindy
Zoraida Banez Bolton - Administrative Assistant - Zoraida or "Aida" as we call her, has been our Administrative Assistant since September of 2022. She takes care of the details of our operations and backs up our personnel when needed.
