Move In Procedure

  • Contact our office at least 24 hours in advance of your move-in date to schedule your move-in appointment. Your move-in appointment will be at our office location.

  • Each adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at your move-in appointment to sign the Lease.

  • Be sure that each adult brings a photo identification (driver's license or state identification card).

  • Your Lease will be prepared, reviewed and signed at this time.

    • Payment of any unpaid balance must be paid at or prior to your move-in appointment. Your balance due must be paid in guaranteed funds. Either a cashier's check or money order(s). Sorry, NO CASH. Please make your payment payable to PERFORMANCE PROPERTY MGMT - Trust Account.

    • Evidence of an active Renter's Insurance Policy will be required at or before your move in. 

    • Transfer all utility services (that are not included in your rent) into your name on or prior to your move in date to avoid interruption of services. Our office will schedule utility shut-offs that will take effect on your move in date.
